Auburn Leather Company began manufacturing leather and vinyl motorcycle saddlebags and accessories in 1988. All Auburn Leather marine grade vinyl saddlebags are made from tough and long-lasting 120 gauge vinyl. Auburn Leather vinyl is UV and water resistant. This durable material is virtually maintenance free. All bags are lock stitched with anti-rotting, heavy duty nylon thread and riveted with empigard polymer coated rivets. All saddlebags feature high impact, shatter resistant concealed quick release buckles that offer convenient access. All hardware is chrome plated, non corrosive and non rusting. All saddlebags are constructed with top of the line UV, water, chemical and crack resistant rigid backs. Auburn Leather's newly, totally reinforced vinyl bags now boast reinforcements in all major panels and an additional support frame in the front panel that intricately connects all 3 sides together.
